100年後の子供の未来が幸せであること
富山県新湊町（現在は射水市）は古くから漁業で栄えた町で、放生津八幡宮祭の曳山・築山行事は国の無形重要民俗文化財に指定されている伝統と歴史豊かな町。海王丸パークから臨む立山連峰の景色や、映画やドラマの舞台にもなった運河・内川など、観光資源も豊富にあります。しかしながら、近年では県外・富山市へ移住が増え、過疎化が問題となっています。
生まれ故郷である射水市を創生させる、という目標を掲げ、北陸ポートサービス代表の加治幸大が株式会社Imizuttoを設立、Apollo&Chaar Companyがプロジェクト実現にむけ、コンセプト立案、ブランディングを手がけ、始動しました。
2022年に富山県射水市が所有する800坪の土地を購入し、2023年春、北陸ポートサービスが製造販売する土や堆肥の実験場としてオーガニックファームを開始。現在、近隣のきっときと市場内にて青山のヴィーガンカフェ「8ablish（エイタブリッシュ）」のフランチャイズカフェを運営しており、そのカフェを同施設内に移設することを計画中。
将来的には隣接する土地も購入し、ギャラリーやスポーツ施設など、地元の子供たちがアートやカルチャー、スポーツなどを体験できる場所づくりを目指しています。

Shinminato in Toyama has long flourished in the fishing industry and is a town rich in tradition and history, with the Houshozu Hachimangu Festival’s Hikiyama and Tsukuyama events designated as Intangible Important Folk Cultural Properties of Japan. The town is also rich in tourism resources, such as the view of the Tateyama Mountain Range and the Uchigawa River, a canal that has been the setting for many movies and TV dramas. However, depopulation has become an issue in recent years as more and more people move out of the prefecture and into Toyama City.
With the goal of revitalizing his hometown, Imizutto Corporation was established by Yukihiro Kaji, President of Hokuriku Port Service, and Apollo & Chaar Company was tasked with concept planning and branding to bring the project to fruition.
In 2022, Imizutto purchased 800 tsubo of land owned by the city of Imizu in Toyama Prefecture, and the following spring began an organic farm as a test site for soil and compost manufactured and sold by Hokuriku Port Service. Plans are underway to relocate the “8ablish” franchise café, currently operating in the nearby Kitto Market, to the same facility.
In the future, the site will be expanded to include a gallery and sports facilities, with the aim of creating a place where local children can experience art, culture, and sports.

Yukihiro Kaji
1978年6月富山県出身。株式会社北陸ポートサービス代表取締役、株式会社グリーンエネルギー北陸代表取締役社長、株式会社グリーンマテリアル北陸 代表取締役社長。生まれ故郷である射水を次世代の子供達に伝えていくことを旨にImizuttoを設立。
Born in Toyama Prefecture in June 1978. President of Hokuriku Port Service Corporation, President of Green Energy Hokuriku Corporation, and President of Green Material Hokuriku Corporation. He established Imizutto with the aim of passing on his birthplace, Imizu, to the next generation of children.
Akito Ishimura
1979年10月、富山県射水市出身。大学で土木を専攻。卒業後、地元の建設会社に就職し、30歳を転機に父の会社である北海工業（株）に入社。現在は地元の射水市新湊地域を中心に公民館等の施設の建築、道路改良等の土木工事の施工の仕事を手がけている。
Born in October 1979 in Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture. Majored in civil engineering at university. After graduation, he worked for a local construction company, and when he turned 30, he joined his father’s company, Hokkai Kogyo Co. Currently, he is engaged in civil engineering construction work such as building community centers and other facilities and road improvements, mainly in the Shinminato area of his hometown of Imizu City.
