Concept

私たちがヴィーガンの飲食事業を手がけているのは、制限された素材（乳製品、精製された砂糖、卵などを使用せず植物由来の素材のみ）によって作られる食品は、より多くの人が同じ食卓を囲み豊かな食事と時間をシェアできると考えるからです。さらに重要なのは、その素材の由来が明確でナチュラルであること。エイタブリッシュはヴィーガンフーズを通じ、人々の健康やライフスタイルに豊かさをもたらしたいと考えています。

We are in the vegan food and beverage business because we believe that food made from plant-based ingredients (no restricted products, refined sugar, eggs, etc.) allows more people to share a rich meal and time around the same table.What is even more important is that the origin of the ingredients is clear and natural. At Atabrish, we want to enrich people’s health and lifestyle through vegan foods.

History

2000年にデザイン会社ダブルオーエイト（デザイン＆ブランディング会社アポロ＆チャーカンパニーの前身）が東京・南青山にヴィーガンカフェ「カフェエイト」を立ち上げました。
2003年には、自然派化粧品ブランドAVEDAの日本上陸に際し、表参道フラッグシップ店舗内のカフェに抜擢され、ヴィーガンカフェ2店舗目となる「ピュアカフェ」をオープン。
その後、カフェエイトは、ビストロ、レストランと業態を変えながら、2020年、ヴィーガンをより身近に感じてもらえるよう、手軽に食べられ、手土産にもできるスイーツ事業に力をいれるべく「PARLOR 8ablish」としてリニューアルしました。
そして、23年11月24日、南青山から麻布台ヒルズに「8ablish」移転オープンします。

In 2000, the design company Double O8 (the predecessor of the design and branding company Apollo & Char Company) launched the vegan café “Cafe Eight” in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo.
In 2003, when the natural cosmetics brand AVEDA landed in Japan, it was selected to open its second vegan café, Pure Café, in the Omotesando flagship store.
In 2020, Café 8 was renamed “PARLOR 8ablish” to focus on sweets that are easy to eat and can be brought as souvenirs to make veganism more accessible to customers.
On November 24, 2011, 8ablish will relocate from Minami-Aoyama to Azabudai Hills.
